The Farm
The farm extends over several different levels of terrain. To the rear over 100 Haas avocado trees were planted in 2024. A gravity fed irrigation system with drip system services this area together with a 22 m3 reservoir. At the rear of the property is a grazing area, fully fenced and gated. An animal shelter is able to provide cover for either a few cows or horses.
At the top of the property is a newly built 560m3 irrigation reservoir with 10hp diesel pump, pump house and irrigation lines to all areas of the farm. The property has legalized irrigation water rights providing over 750,000 liters of water per week.
In June of 2025 300 Anna apple trees were planted complete with drip system. The planting program can extend to include 800-1,000 various commercial fruit trees in total and the irrigation system has been designed to fully service this growth.
